Jennifer Lewandowska’s Sensual Nature is on view at Stockwell House, Bruton, from 1–31 July 2026. The exhibition brings together film, painting, drawing and sound to explore the sensuality of the seasons, mysticism within the landscape and the healing qualities of plants.

Throughout the month, Lewandowska transforms the gallery and garden into environments for rest and reflection. Working with hypnotic sound, poetic moving image, and a new body of paintings and drawings, the exhibition invites visitors to slow down and engage more deeply with the natural world.

Alongside the exhibition, Sensual Nature includes a programme of seasonal gatherings inspired by the elements; Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Through conversation, guided walks and shared sensory experiences, participants are encouraged to explore seasonality, place and connection.

Based between London and Somerset, Jennifer Lewandowska is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores the relationship between human existence and the natural world. She is Creative Director of Interstage at Glastonbury Festival and co-founded the artist-run gallery French Riviera in Bethnal Green in 2011.

Stockwell House is a space for creative exchange, collaboration and experimentation in Bruton, guided by Hauser & Wirth to support independent projects, research and exhibitions.
