For her Winter 2026 runway show, Stella McCartney brought together fashion, childhood nostalgia and a lifelong love of animals through a collaboration with Hasbro’s MY LITTLE PONY. The show celebrated equestrianism and the spirit of the Year of the Horse, creating a playful and personal moment on the Paris runway.

First introduced in 1983, MY LITTLE PONY has grown into a global cultural icon. Known for its colourful characters and themes of friendship, individuality and kindness, the franchise has inspired generations with its imaginative equine world.

Presented in an equestrian arena in Paris, the Winter 2026 collection reflected key moments from McCartney’s life and career. The British designer drew on memories of a childhood defined by freedom, humour and bold colour, alongside the creative milestones that have shaped her brand into what it is today.
Horses moved through the arena during the show, led by renowned equestrian artist Jean-François Pignon. Guests received retro MY LITTLE PONY toys as invitations, each one finished with a medallion engraved with the Stella McCartney logo.
For McCartney, the collaboration is deeply personal. Her love of horses began early, growing up riding on her family’s farm in Scotland. That close connection to animals and the natural world would go on to shape both her values and her approach to design.

In this collection, MY LITTLE PONY becomes more than a nostalgic symbol of childhood play. Instead, it reflects the spirit of creativity, compassion and individuality that defines the Stella McCartney brand today.

The Winter 2026 collection will be available from July 2026 in Stella McCartney boutiques worldwide, on stellamccartney.com and through selected global retailers.
