“I am not sure which came first being nosey, or an interest in street photography,” says image-maker Matt Stuart. “But a fascination with people and the way they live their lives is why I enjoy this business so much.” Stuart’s images capture fleeting glimpses of everyday absurdity. His shots are so on point that it’s hard to believe they’re not staged – though he insists that he’s just one of life’s more rigorous observers, who happens to seize the moment while the rest of us are still digging around in our bags for a camera.
Twin is excited to see that Matt’s witty works will be exhibiting at Hoxton’s KK Outlet from 4th – 26th February, in ‘Look Both Ways’.
